Problem with SkyApp signin.

Having just got the EvoLite+ and flown it successfully I realised I had forgotten to sign into the App to bind the Drone and get access to my flight logs. It took several attempts before I succeeded but when I tried to log in via my iPad it wouldn't do it. I logged out on the iPhone (X) and now it won't log back in. Autel support have just told me to log out and reinstall the App - I have, but still no joy. I don't want to have to return it as the picture quality is so good.
