Re installing update

Hey America, I get the same error message. Talk to Autel today about this and he wants me to reinstall the firmware. Download the firmware on SD card and inserted into the drone. Well, I am updating to see what happens and if it continues, he’s going to send me information on how to retrieve my logs And send them to him so they could see what the problem is. The other issue is hyper lapse the drone crashes and then it’s stuck in the air going up or down. I know this update won’t work, but I’m doing it anyway, I’ll send them the log and see what happens

Videoguy4u, My update went super wrong as well. I made several attempts to manually up the controller before it finally took the manual update successfully. Next, I had to update the drone itself. It took a couple of attempts to get it done also. I have a working drone and controller now. I am very critical of the Max 4T as far as it comes to promised performance. After interacting with the Autel tech support person (Michael), I'm a little more optimistic about the drone. Could it be that maybe I just connected with a good support tech? Time will tell...

Anyway, I have a drone that knows it is in the right country, connects to the RC, and flies!!!

Just so you know Autel Robotics does not monitor this site. This site is ran by AutelPilot. So when we complain about Autel Robotic there not seeing these post. you never hear from the monitors of this site.

I don't even think autelpilot runs this site... I know it's called autelpilots, but the same hosting place does mavicpilots, phantompilots, etc... I think they just spin up a new forum for every hot new aircraft that comes out.
