Problem Evo 1 damaged battery

Hi friends I write on behalf of a friend of mine
he has an evo 1 and 6 batteries
the last two taken in January 2020
they gave the same bad battery message
yet it only has 20 discharges
how is it possible
has risked losing the drone more than once
today if it was blocked in flight and did not go forward or backward only sideways
What may have happened?

Same thing happened to me today on a shoot... Exact same thing.

to my friend it has happened since he started using the charging hub
I contacted Autel and the response was after several contact emails with photo and video demonstrations that the batteries are now out of warranty and they offered me a new battery at $ 172 including shipping and 10% discount and a madness an absurd price of course I gave up and my friend if bought Mavic air2 and sold Autel evo 1
