Photo Button not working

Controller - The button on the right that makes the shutter work, is no longer working. Tried reinstalling firmware and the app.
Any ideas. Works fine in the app.... V1 Pro

I had the very same issue with Evo 1 after I dropped it. I was hearing a small part rattling inside
Sent it to Autel and they sent a new controller
