Phone use

So, not having this concern before and until I decide whether to get a tablet adapter ,my questions are for now:

What happens if a phone is hooked up to the evo while flying and a text or call comes in? (Is the contact between evo and phone (Explorer) broken)? (Will it be just like flying with the rc only)?

Can I just set the phone to airplane mode to eliminate any concerns?

You will not lose connection. The you can just choose to ignore the call/text and continue flying normally. You also have that option to put your phone into airplane mode. I have personally flown with my phone and gotten a call mid flight. I just stop and hover for a second, while hit ignore on the call. The text shouldn't cover your whole screen so you can just ignore it all together.

I fly most of the time without phone. The built in screen on the controller is sufficient if you are not going to use advanced flying program.
