They paid for the shipping both ways, took about 3 days for Fed Ex to get it there, they had it about 3 days, I talked to them on the phone and several email conversations. They were not going to repair it as it was water damaged but offered me a refurbished for $650. I decided not to go that route so then sent it back and it didn't cost me anything. However, it took FedEx a week to get it back to me and I should have arranged to pick it up at their drop off location because they attempted delivery 3 times (we all work during the day) and then they returned it to the shipping location. I had to take a day off of work and drive an hour to pick it up. Not Autel's fault, they were fine to work with.

EVERY interaction i have had with them was professional..to the point and were a pleasure to deal with
They will be getting MY Evo today (according to Fed Ex) and i am sure that they will do the right thing and get me up and running for a fair price
The Shipping back + forth...FREE ! is another example of their fine customer service
