Ca marche toujours pas.... Ça commence à me gaver.... Autel pas de nouvelles !.... Avec leur drone pas abouti

The User guide says to start the remote controller and open the SKY app then start the drone without the SD card.

Then install the SD card with the firmware on it and wait for the process to complete and the green light on the drone to be solid (not blinking anymore).

Justement ça clignote toujours . La radio commande ce coupé redémarre , mais le drone ce deconnect .... Est clignote toujours vert. Rien ne ce passe . Qu'elle est la durée de la mise a jours car j'ai attendu 20 minutes

I put all 4 files directly on the root of the SD card and once the SD card was inserted into the drone the process took about 10 minutes.

Make sure the SKY app is the latest version and make sure the aircraft and remote are connected with the app open before inserting the SD card with the firmware files. That is how it worked for me.

not sure but what is so urgent to get fixed? sometimes you don't want a bunch of sw updates too soon. i would prefer they do thorough testing and don't break anything. what are we looking to fix? i think there are a couple of more features to be had but a couple more months wouldn't hurt.

I guess actually activating features that were advertised at launch like 2k video transmission , follow me and and editable raw photos?

Apres avoir vue des vidéos . L'application autel ma pas proposé d'enregistrer mon drone, même de synchroniser la RC. Mais le drone fonctionne normalement et film normalement . Pas pas de mise a jours possibles

It's can take 30 minute for me. It's seems work for you just wait

Ok je vais tout charger attendre, le Drone ce deconnect mais c reconnect pas . Il est allumé est clignote toujours vert . Toutes un mes micros sd sont bien détecté. Je pense un soucis hardware . Sinon le drone fonctionne très bien , seul problème impossible de faire un les mise a jours ..... Peut-être que le fichier bin est corrompu , il m'en faudrait un autre

Me too during the update the drone disconnects several times but the update ends. So I think it's normal for the drone to disconnect during the update.

I did a test again today with version 1.1.14, it's really better in every way, the drone is really stable and the camera too.

J'ai refait un test aujourd'hui avec la version 1.1.14, c'est vraiment mieux en tous points, le drone est vraiment stable et la caméra aussi.

Oui sauf que moi il ce deconnect , mais ce reconnect pas . Il reste clignotant Vert

Je vous donne des informations. Après 40 essais je suis arrivé à faire la mise a jour d'un fichier sur 3 , Celui de la caméra . Les 2 autres pas moyen. J'attend toujours le SAV d'autel inexistant ... 2 solutions pour installer via la sd , soit le bin complet ou soit le fichier text avec les 3 autres fichier directement à la racine de la sd

I thought the initial instructions said not to unpack the zip. For anyone who's successfully updated this way: Did you move the zip to your SD card or did you unpack it to it? (having the .bin files in its root)

J'ai juste copier coller les 4 fichiers. Ou un fichier avec le fichier txt a chaque fois

After many many try with a SanDisk ultra 16g, didn't work.

I had success using a SanDisk extreme pro 64g. Went smoothly at first try.

In the meantime, I wrote to Autel support and didn't get a reply, 48 hours later...
