Nano+ fly away from me and lost in siberian wood

There were no signs of trouble. At a tourist camp I calmly flew off 2 batteries, and on the third a surprise awaited me. The drone was above the take-off point, at an altitude of 40 meters, and suddenly, without any reason, it jerked to the side, picked up high speed (while the smooth mode was turned on), and fell in the area of a cliff, while disconnecting from the remote control. I tried looking for it at the point where the signal was lost, but to no avail. The drone is completely lost. I sent the flight log to the manufacturer, but so far I have not received an answer as to the reason for this behavior and whether I will have the opportunity to buy a new replacement drone at a discount.

Das gleiche hat sich meine Drohne N+ auch erlaubt. Nach 15% Restakku und RTH-Auftrag ändert sie in einer Flugentfernung von ca. 100m die Richtung und flog mit hoher Geschwindigkeit davon. Zudem änderte sie die Entfernungsangabe auf 3400m!!??. Dennoch konnte ich sie zurückholen und mit 0% Akku in meiner Sichtnähe landen. Vertrauen ist seit dem gleich null.

Moreover, it flew away from me at a speed of 70 km/h (almost 20 m/s), and this was in smooth mode, although the manufacturer says that in this mode the maximum speed is 5 m/s, and even in the fastest, ludicrous mode, the maximum speed is only 15 m/s

In your video, Low Battery pops up?

Seemed like a windy day, being near a coastal cliff, you might of been smashed by a strong "rotor" like wind change.

Drone Speed + Wind Speed could easily do 70kmh

Yes, at the beginning there is a warning about a low battery and the battery status is not displayed on the main screen, although the battery is fully charged. But after a few seconds the warning disappears and the battery charge begins to be displayed correctly.
On the ground, the wind was not very strong, people around were sunbathing and relaxing, and on the first two batteries I shot several videos that day without any problems. But I do not exclude the possibility that at high altitude the wind could be strong. Unfortunately, it is impossible to download logs from Autel Sky, I sent logs from app to Autel, but for a whole week there has been no response from there.
I already bought a new Autel Nano+ on sale, but I still want to get a log analysis from Autel to find out what happened.

Your correct about Wind Gradient, anything can get going on far above your head.
As much as I do not like the DJI overbearing control, I'd of bought that instead of another Autel. AUTEL seems to be very lacking in everything from Support to Updates and Repairs. Little is left to like except the freedom & price.
