Motors rarely start and drone won't fly forward

I just got my Autel EVO today, but I'm experiencing a few issues and I was hoping some of you could help me out.

1: The motors rarely start, they just do a double rev and then stop. Sometimes I get the notification of a bad GPS signal, or an incorrect home location, but I can't figure out how to fix either of these. It won't let me change the home location.
2: When it does start, the controller no longer lets me move forward.

It might be a calibration issue. You might want to try calibrating everything like the compass and the remote control sticks.

I haven't done anything manually. How do I update the firmware? I couldn't find instructions anywhere.

Solved by doing a firmware update and re calibrating the controllers!
