Manually turning off GNSS Mode

Hi.

Is there a way of manually turning off GNSS mode, rendering the drone using either VPS/ATII modes?

But as in New firmware/fly app you cant turn it off, As in remote ID etc it's a legal reasons. As we gonna get no fly zones also and try to get approvals.....hmm

But yes you can still disable, hmm wire #2 to GPS chip is positive, de solder... Or its for military use give your credentials and get special firmware, or be a hacker and use your GTAG... @pedals2paddles never say no

It seems in the lastest app you cant put the GNSS to sleep, yes as @pedals2paddles you cant really turn it off unless you cut wire 2, but seems you can still put the GNSS engine to sleep (Engine off, don't feed data) via SDK, Flight Params/FcsGpsMode, and you might be in Atti all the time.... Not going to try it for now The SDK has 1000+ more options you cant fit in the App...

hmm, found other, Allow Aircraft to take off in Atti mode, hmm, interesting. @pedals2paddles can you chime in a bit ?

I only own a v1 Evo2. I guess the V3 has a function to disable the GPS in the app? There is no function for doing that in the v1. The aircraft will take off and fly without GPS if it is unavailable. But you have no control over turning it on and off.
