Lock and unlock sign on phone screen

When I tap my phone, I’m not sure what is supposed to happen. On Mavic Pro it is focus. When I tap Evo, a small lock sign appears. Tap again and it shows unlocked. What is happening?

That locks the exposure. Check it out by tapping on dark or light sections of the screen you can see what happens.

Just found out that if you touch and hold screen while in the Exployer app that you can move gimbal up and down.
