After all the negative stories about the Autel helpdesk I feel that I have to give some positive feedback. Today I received a brand new remote control that was send to me from Germany. I can only say that Autel has a fantastic service organization in Europe so finally I will be able to send my bird into the air and I am pretty sure I will be enjoying to fly this fantastic drone.
