Illegal Image error for thermal image

I captured data in autel evo 2 dual now i need to upload the images to IRPC tool software, But after uploading it's giving illegal Image error how to overcome this.

Do you have the Dual or Dual R. If it is the Dual R with Flir Boson 640 radiometric, it could be that the images only work in FLIR Tools/Studio and not in the Autel Thermal Tool which I believe is for the 640T with its Chinese sourced thermal sensor.

Correct. If it is the FLIR camera then only the FLIR software will work with those files. If you have the IRAY Version then use the Autel software
