You’ll enjoy this. I did for 30+ years, the worst kind, Aerospace! While I mostly enjoyed it a bunch — many were brilliant — some were #%$!!

I worked for PKS for years and they were always hiring young engineers right out of school. What we got in the field were kids about 20 years old with 30 years of experience.
In the field I only ever met 20 year old kids with 30 year old info and zero experience... lol
In Aerospace, 20 yr old kids are summer interns. They make coffee and are told not to touch anything...

That is pretty funny! That reminds me of my brother. He takes the motor out of the electric police motorcycle (1980s mind you) and tapes it to a broom handle, takes a wheel from a push car we had and shoves it on the motor, attaches a twist tie to the wheel and he was trimming grass around mom's flower bed when we found him.
