Firmware 2.30 and Transmit Power / range in CE countries. Unchanged?

Hi!
As my biggest fear before buying the E2 was that it might have a very crappy range in CE countries i was *very* much suprprised how good it performs.
Actually it performs *so* well that i am not 100% sure if its really CE Transmit power, but i guess they made sure aboiut that before shipping

Anyways as there is no known "FCC hack" i want to make sure that 2.30 does not decrease transmit power.
Is there anyone out there in a CE country who has upgraded to 2.30 and who has a good feeling that range & penetration is unchanged?

No change as far as i can tell in ~5h with 2.3
