Finding wind conditions at any location

I use the Hover app but it only shows me conditions at my current location.
If I want to know the conditions at a location, say, an hour away...is there an app or website that can show me that?

Obviously you don't want to drive somewhere to find it's too windy to fly.

I use a weather app called MyRadar. One of the layers that can be enabled is surface winds, which shows direction and relative strength with animated traces.

Either UAV Forecast or Dark Sky . You can input a list of locations to both apps so you can see the wind speed at that location even if you are not there. I am finding I like Dark Sky better as it seems to be more accurate - plus it has a "history" setting where you can go back in time to see what the weather was...
