Evo Max N Obstacle Avoidance issues

My Evo Max N shows that my Obstacle Avoidance is not working on my flight control screen, but when I go into controls, all appear to be on even though the red warning light is on, showing it is not functioning. I've checked for firmware updates and all is good. There just seems to always be something not right with these drones!

This may seem like a foolish question (but it isn't). Is the drone in the air when you get the OA is not working or on the ground?

All I can say, Make sure you got latest app/firmware and fly, good luck, If that does not work get a replacement.
