Evo lite plus +pair problem

hello autelpilots i have the evo lite plus recently I have the same problems with pair connections between rc and drone canno't pair i try to pair with 2 ways but nothing.
i try to setup different FW with Sd card but nothing. anyone have the same problem? can downgrade FW from the RC?
