Evo Lite+ or Evo 2 Pro V3

Hi all,

I'm strongly considering an Autel drone with 20 mp camera and adjustable aperture, just for aerial photography. Should I get the Lite+ or the much more expensive V3?

Are there any major differences to be aware of besides the remote controller? I don't really like the ugly looking remote controller of the Lite+ but I may just have to live with it, if I'm getting the Lite+.

From my research, the Lite+ and Evo 2 Pro V3 cameras are pretty similar, both 20 mp and both having adjustable aperture. The V3 seems to be better for high ISO, but I can live with that.

So apart from all these factors, anything else that I should know?

The Lite+ seems to have many glitches and issues.

Regarding issues, there seems to be many issues if you look at this Lite+ sub-forum itself. In particular about firmware updates or something malfunctioning?!

There is a trend in Autel users that fucking up their firmware cohesion by updates over SD card / impatience and not reading the instructions. But that's not different in other brands
Besides this remember a forum like this only covers a tiny percentage of their users.

Once you have the correct firmware on the Lite+, it works very well. The camera is very capable.

Have had the Lite+ for 18 months now. It's got a great camera... I use it mainly for low-light stuff, but it's great once you get the firmware issues ironed out.
