These days I rarely get to shoot anything for myself, in particular I don't use the EVO II 6K for anything but commercial work since it does not look like a viable replacement is going to be produced by Autel anytime soon. I do not currently own a drone that I can fly for personal use so these days I rarely get to really push the EVO II's sensor's capabilities. Recently a client hired me to shoot sunset views that they will use in their marketing materials and sales galleries for an upcoming construction project.
The results from the project reminded me just how good the EVO II's sensor really is. I followed my usual workflow (manual exposure, raw image format, LOG histogram, overlap by 30% due to a 10mph crosswind, post process in LR, pano stitch in PTGui) and below is one of the images. The DR of the sensor and the highlight roll off continue to impress me.
