European support team contacts (EVO 2 PRO warranty issue)

Hi guys,
There's only one way for contacting EU support team mentioned on Autel Robotics site: email to [email protected].
Nothing more, no phone numbers, neither chat applet.
There's registered support ticket hanging unanswered for some time. And I am running out of time with this warranty issue.
Does anyone know any phone number I can call them to check the status?

I wrote both the eu and non-eu addresses. Fastest answer I got is from the [email protected] address.
The device was sent to the german repair centre.

I mailed them [[email protected]] two weeks ago [26/03/2023], no response until today.
