Downloading media/video directly from EVO I

Howdy. I want to download media/videos directly from the EVO 1 drone itself over a USB cable, instead of pulling the memory card out and using a reader.

I plug in a USB cable from the EVO I to my laptop computer. If the video or pictures are not huge I can download.

However if the are over 2GB I get an error message "The requested value cannot be determined"

Are there any workarounds or solutions?

I should mention Windows 10 x64, usb3, also replicated on a Dell windows 10 x64 laptop.

Also there is nothing in the eventvwr regarding this error.

I got these errors while using Beyond Compare

I tried to copy the data from the drone and nothing happens. The folder does not show up. I wish there was a mechanical connection so one could read the drone with the power off.
I will try again today and leave it a bit longer hooked up to my apple

Apple computers might not show up as a drive when hooked to the EVO.
