Download help

I have a Autel Evo lite plus. I'm trying to figure out a way to download to YouTube and also get the commentary all in one. Only way so far which I don't like because. I only get 1080p tops. I want 4k so I take Sim card out and I've gotten 4k but no sound . Very annoying. Fyi yes when I download from cell. I select 4k. But it always finishes In 1080p. Is there another way I can download and get sound. It's weird I can record and post sound from cell but not when I try and get 4k to youtube from Sim card.

Firstly, I think you mean Upload to YouTube not download.
What video player are you using when the sound doesnt work?
Try VLC if you dont have it.
You sure your Recording Sound ?

Oh lord I know I'm OLD now! I apologize lol and yes. And I think my issus was I needed to get approval from boss to download the app on laptop. Once they did that. I was able to use that app you speak of. Lol. Thank you so much.
