It's been a long time coming, but the Advexure Team in partnership with Autel and Foxfury Lighting Solutions are excited to announce two new and exciting products to complement the EVO II series.

Meet EXOLANDER © (patent-pending) and the D100 SPOTLIGHT.

EXOLANDER© is an exoskeleton with 10 hard points that allows various accessories to mount to the Autel Evo II Mounting Platform. It also provides the Evo II with leg extensions, maintains proper CG (Center of Gravity) on the Autel EVO II aircraft and can be quickly attached/removed from the Autel EVO II aircraft without tools.

SPOTLIGHT mounts to the Evo II via the EXOLANDER and provides EVO II users 2200 lumens of focused lighting with a 60ft (18 m) wide light at an altitude of 200’. The SPOTLIGHT weighs 350 grams, has a 70 minute battery life, and is water resistant. The SPOTLIGHT may be angled or aimed straight down. The directed, 15-degree focused beam provides brilliant white light, designed for illumination in areas otherwise challenged to light. The SPOTLIGHT is self-cooled; users do not need to be concerned about the lighting system draining the battery or overheating the airframe.

In addition, a Payload Drop system enables users to drop radio, space blanket, water bottle, first-aid kits, or other small assistive devices in situations where rescuers cannot reach or clearly communicate with a victim. The lightweight system is also designed to carry safety lines to stranded or drowning swimmers, and has been tested pulling over 400ft (122 m) of 550 cord to a swimmer in the ocean.

These accessories are all tested and authorized by Autel for use on the EVO II Series and are all Made in the USA as well. The SPOTLIGHT is made by FoxFury and the EXOLANDER © and Payload Drop accessories are made by TacSwan, FoxFury's sister company.

These new accessories will be available in Q1 2021.

Here is a payload system and drop release that we have jury rigged. It works well, as you can see in the videos. The *.stl file is on Thiniverse to 3 D print for payloads. We use use the FLIFLI air drop system. We just make a attachment as you can see to attach it. Theirs are made for DJI drones, but are not needed. You will need the Foxfurry saddle, and can purchase the sling load adaptor for about $50, if you do not want to 3D print one. If you 3D print it, you can alter it in Tinkercad to your specifications. Just do not change to parts that slide into the saddle. This new Tacswan Exolander will allow us to use a larger payload as it appears it fits on the underside of the saddle. We are also developing load weight charts for emergency drop supplies, such as HT radio, thermal blankets, etc. us hear from you! We also use the payload adaptors for dynamic exercises such as a water rescue by a throw rope. Good Luc, nd let us hear from you!

TWO should stand for Take Off Weight, and MTOW should mean maximum takeoff weight. Therefore safe payload should be the difference. I hope this helps. Payload can be either on top or bottom. All added attachments.

Very good question, the mass surprisingly does not have a large impact overall. Yes it's sluggish and yes flight time is being cut ~10 minutes.

There are some final details being worked out in regards to the bottom sensors to ensure EXOLANDER will not result in false positive obstacle avoidances (most likely a small update in a future firmware update we would suspect).

Very good question, the mass surprisingly does not have a large impact overall. Yes it's sluggish and yes flight time is being cut ~10 minutes.

There are some final details being worked out in regards to the bottom sensors to ensure EXOLANDER will not result in false positive obstacle avoidances (most likely a small update in a future firmware update we would suspect).

My math says the light you posted is producing about 6 lumens per gram of weight. The unit Ive developed is producing about 10 lumens per gram of weight. 1800 lumens at 184 grams. with a 200 yard beam 30 mins of run time. When you change the drone battery you drop in another light battery.
