Autel Support 2023 Update

My input on Autel Support I saw they are worth hanging in there for.

I have nothing but good things to say about Autel customer support. I had some issues with my 640T Enterprise and found the Autel support team was very responsive in resolving the issues. A second issue resulted in the need to send the EVO back to the state of Washington (cross country) for repair. Turn around time was less than 2 weeks. Because of their customer support, I will continue to support Autel products.

I have contacted Autel Support several times and each time a response was received within two days at the longest. No complaints.

Thankfully I've only had to deal with them once but I will say it was top notch. They responded quickly, got my information and had me send the nano back for inspection. They contacted me that they would be replacing the drone under warranty and sent to me in less than a week. They even went so far as to return a couple of accessories that I had included when shipping the original drone back. I did not expect that.

Autel Support has gotten much better as of late. I have been actively working with them on a couple of issues. They seem to be very engaged.
