Thanks I just did, got full refund and ordered a new one. Hopefully the new one will work since I really want this droneSorry I don't know; it's been too long since I remember the activation process. But if you got it from Costco, I would go back and exchange the drone for another if you have thoroughly troubleshoot the issue and you believe you have a defective drone. Perhaps a different one might work out for you.
