Autel Refresh card pairing problems with Nano Plus

Have any of you had any issues (if you purchased it) activating and pairing the autel refresh card with your nano?

I had a problem now it’s salved
I put a updated firmware on the sd card that was given to me
And all started to work
Then it gave me a pairing problem
I then formatted the sd card on my computer
Now it works fine
Don’t format it on the Nano the app freezes
I had to do it on the computer
Now I fly a few minutes a day because of the weather
