Autel Explorer, images not recorded in the flight log.

I am using an iPad with Autel explorer and the photographs taken are not recorded in the flight log and are not even sent to Airdata, any suggestions?

Not sure if its an ios or explorer version issue as its working on droid with latest explorer sw.

Make sure that the iPad is connected to Wi-fi or has Wi-fi.If not use your device's (phone) as a "hot spot". This uses up Memory so e aware.
