you can speak to them on the phone but they are not answering these days. otherwise, it sounds like you'll have to email and just wait for a reply unfortunately. that's all i can tell you at this point, sorry.

I am anticipating they will not cover anything enterprise related. Brand new or not. Does anyone have any private insurance companies that might cover for drone replacement if I lose it, crash it, etc.??? There are many insurance companies offering liability coverage , but few if any offering true replacement coverage. I have used this once a year ago for my Mavic 2P when it decided to go into landing cycle while hovering 5 feet above a small river I was filming. Did not respond to stick control at all. Many reports of that with DJI and Autel. But I had a new drone in under a week. No hassle.
