My Autel Care ran out without notice. I'm a bit surprised that I didn't get an email that my plan was running out since it would give them another chance to violate my bank account for another $800+. I was auditing my expenses from last year to this year and saw the payment from last June. Anyways, I started a case with Autel, sent them the requested video of a gimbal calibration on 7/7 and haven't heard back. Am I just better off getting aircraft insurance from an actual insurance company?
