People can say what they want about Autel's Customer service and care refresh. But, I have to give them 5 stars for their service and for replacing my crashed Evo Lite Plus. I sent them the damaged drone (without battery or remote) and they sent a complete Premium Bundle that includes a new remote and three batteries. The batteries alone covered the cost of the Care Refresh and replacement deductible.
