The new version is available on Apple’s developer center and is rolling out to all users now.

“Should” being the operative word! I updated my iPhone & iPad already w/o issues— but I’m not in Hawaii, I’m droneless! I’d try it on a neutral device before touching my flight iPad still on iOS 11.1.2...

I can confirm that IOS 11.2.5 has corrected the issue with the grayed-out camera settings on Starlink.
