Not the greatest 2-camera studio setup but this guy shares a couple of good EVO tips. I'm not sure if he has a spliff going but he must rank as the most chilled-out YT presenter out there and his final 30 seconds tickled me.

The hairband and carabiner is an "OK" tip, but use something tougher than a hair band. Some are really tough and some just break out of the blue. That would be bad. Better to just tie the carabiner on with some good parachute cord.
