So our EVO was stolen from a storage facility sometime in mid-April but we just discovered it. Autel recommends registering a drone with them in case it's stolen which I did when purchased. I contacted Autel support 5 days ago but they haven't responded. Is there anything they can and will do?

Ahhh upon further analysis, all the photos for two of the missions were in one folder. A third mission was in a separate folder. So the question becomes, WHAT THE HECK?
