they "snap" in....if you use a magnifying glass you can see it...use tweezers to gently pry them up/off

had some issues with my update: over the air would not complete...stuck at 99% used manual method and gimbal firmware was @ 0.0.0.0 did the manual update to all 3 batteries and the gimbal firmware finally was @ V1.1.3.1

well....I just joined the crash club....it was a bright day out and i could barely see the image and i wasnt paying attention and I crashed into a tree limb...I was really lucky because it was inches from running water in a creek and could of gone in the water...the only problem was the battery...

Honest Opinion... I got really frustrated with the LifThor Tablet/4HAWKs upgrade with my Samsung 9.6" tablet. I kept hitting buttons on the RC inadvertantly and it just wasnt comfortable...so I am going back to the basic controller and cell phone....
