Very Rapid Maovements

It might best to tell Autel. I agree with you, it’s like trying to tame a Tasmanian devil. Nothing smooth about this drone, it takes off like a rocket, slams on the brakes, the same with roll & yaw. If enough of us share with them what is going on, they may be able to help us.

Are these rapid moves with the new firmware and Beta Apps? I thought I read people running the Beta App and new firmware said it was much improved.?

I’m doing the iOS Beta and it is much improved but they have a ways to go. Honestly, I am not happy at all with this drone.

This is besides the app and firmware but lots of people have posted over the years and I must say it worked for me to use just two fingers gripped at the low end of the sticks. It slowed and smoothed a lot of the amateur mistakes I make.

The iOS beta offers adjustment that when set correctly really tame the E2. If that isn't enough the Precision Mode offers even slower motions.

There is an adjustment curve if coming from another brand. I also have a M2P so I know what a great flying drone is like. On release the E2 was untamed and although it isn't quite there yet it is plenty usable as many YT videos are now starting to show.

I was planning to take the Evo2 downtown early Sunday morning but just don’t feel confident right now to do that. I think I need to relax and fiddle with it more. I hate that you have to hover in order to make adjustments.

Can someone post or send a link for the iOS beta? I have tried from the website and have had no luck downloading. I do need to tame this wild animal.

Above, in the search box, just type Beta. I did go to the Autel website and I don’t see anything Beta anymore. They may have all the testers they need and closed the window?
