So my Nano+ experience continues....using firmware 1.9.10 and sky 1.7.36 and android [I gave up on iOS]. Auto launch doesn't work- that's fine I can launch manually. I just cannot figure out why the signal strength to the remote will go from full to disconnect. The drone can be on the ground and the remote is not moving and the signal strength bounces from full to none. I don't have any way to know if it is the transmission or the receive that is the problem, but the fact that some remotes use external antennas makes me inclined to think the problem is on the receive side. It seems like most folks just run the drone without any problems, so maybe I am doing something wrong. Anyway....has anyone run into a similar problem and is there any way to fix it?

So for all you looking at this thread....is your connection consistent? No disconnects? I'm trying to figure out if this is software/hardware (or operator) error.

Mine does great.

A few suggestions:
- Remove your SD card and do a test flight, a bad SD could cause onboard cpu delays which result in connection loss.
- Always point the flat side ow your remote antenna directly to the drone. use the indicator left bottom in Sky App.
- Disable your personal gear like smartwatch bluetooth etc to check if this affects the signal

Since I put my phone in flight mode, I dont have connection problems anymore when flying the drone.

thanks for the input... I had heard that from other pilots. I usually have it in flight mode but still have problems.
