Thanks for the fast and friendly service

Just wanted to give a shout out to the folks at customer service, Had a question with a sd card problem, thought I knew what the issue was, but to be sure I shot customer service a e mail, and within in about 30 minutes, they responded, and ask me to send them a picture, I did and about 30 minutes later, they confirmed the issue, Thats twice now, I have gone to customer service and 100 percent service, I had a Mavic early on, and it would take up to 3 days to get a response on any question,,, THANKS AUTEL SERVICE DEPARTMENT,,, you all rock,,,

They may or may not see this. They do come here but i've only seen maybe 2 ever responses from them. This forum doesn't actually belong to them.
Their support is great though isn''t it.

not sure if they see it or not, but you see a lot of post when ever something is not right, so I just wanted to let them know, I appreciate the service they have provided so far,
