Unbelievable bad support from Autel to my EVO 2 pro 6K Lens problem.
At my standard lens there are some scratches that give me unsharpness at the left corner of my images (even by opening F). No problem I thought and did send an email to Autel one week ago for an emergency replacement (simply payed, no problem)
Reaction: No reaction!!!
Anybody an idea to solve the problem?

Actually call them personally. My 6k gimbal came without a gimbal guard. Called them and 4 days later I now have a gimbal guard. I’ve had nothing but great results dealing with support over the phone. Good luck
 
Call them! It was the same for me when I had an inquiry. Both, times I called they answered the phone-faster than I thought they would.
 
That looks more like a smudge than a scratch and it looks like it is on the inside of the lens. Can you take a lens pen to it and see if that cleans it up.
