Smart Orbit Will Not Start

Hi Guys:

I cannot get smart orbit to work. I have the right app and firmware versions. Here is what happens:

I can lock the target and the green box appears, however when I push the blue start button the app loses the target and the button turns gray? I contacted Autel (Dave). He said you can only lock onto a moving target? I dispute this as I have seen at least two Youtube videos of the EVO2 smart orbit locking onto trees and a football goal post.

Have any of you had the same issue or know what’s going on? Thanks!

I think Dave is often full of it. It works just fine on stationary targets for me and some have reported it will not work on moving targets.
