Ive seen in a few videos the 4k/60 referred to as slow motion. I would assume 1080/120 and 720/240 would also act as slow motion if edited correctly. Which is where my question comes in.
Maybe this is more of a resolve question, but I would think it's somewhat universal. How do you have it play as 30 fps but using all 60 frames? Or 30fps using all 120 or 240 frames, etc. to get the slow motion effect?
Whenever I load a 60fps video and render it at 30 fps, it apparently just drops half of the frames and it's normal speed.
