Recording and Photographing Fireworks?

Since the July 4th is right around the corner, I thought I'd inquire if it's worth trying to record fireworks with the EVO II. An aerial perspective would be pretty awesome!

I have the 8k (yes I know the 6k would be best for low light, has the bigger sensor, blah blah blah, lol ) I do have access to the roof top of a building for better line of sight.

Also, is it possible to record video and take photos without the drone in the air, say just holding it?

Sadly because of the CV19 our local fireworks have been cancelled this year !
