I emailed Autel support and they were all over my issue even though it’ll probably have to be solved in a future firmware update.
Tim from Autel was sending me email left and right working the issue. They were on it! If anything, Autel had to wait for me.
They get 5 stars for jumping on my ticket and working it.

I actually wanted to give a shout out to Perth Drone Shop and Kingfisher Drones, here in Australia.
Perth Drone shop, above and beyond to get me the right part for me to continue our trip with a working drone, even dropping in on a day off - Christmas Eve NO LESS - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
