How do I get the E2P to fly smoothly and slowly in a chosen direction? My fingers don't seem to be steady enough to hold the stick a 1/4 stroke without speeding and slowing erratically. I've set the EXP to 20 so that initial movement is gentle and it gets more aggressive with further stick movement. That doesn't help.
On my Yuneec Typhoon H we had CruiseControl which was a pad on the controller that ooched up the speed in any of the 4 directions gradually with each press. For the H Plus (which did not have CruiseControl), Ty Pilot invented a device called SteadyDrive that fit over the stick and allowed holding a precise position of the stick without preventing full movement if required.
The best I can come up with is holding my thumb against the side of the stick and gently rolling my thumb over to get and hold a precise position. Is there something in the app that will give me precise speed control without preventing full speed when required?
Oops, I just found the answer; in the "Intelligent Photo"/"Manual Flight" section, I see Precision Flight and Dual Stability. I must check them out on my next flight.
