LOL at the announcer saying "There's different ways of neutralizing them...... You can shoot at them.". Wonder what they'll do if they find the pilot? I know you're not supposed to fly over stadiums but that's when there's an event when there are spectators. So he basically wasn't flying over anyone.

TFR's don't get canceled by crowd size Nobody there its still illegal. It’s not based on number of attendees. It’s based on capacity. That won’t change.
