What drones can actually fly this high???

My old Yuneec Q500 Typhoon would reach 3200 feet max so some are in that range already without hacking the firmware which is done a lot with DJI drones. It will be interesting when and if this person is caught and if he yells but I did not know the rules ?

flying a drone out of VLOS is not legal but by comparison it is far less dangerous than this drone.

I've never broke 250 ft of altitude and see no need for it
