Looks like the horizon still tilts on rotation but seems to recover a lot faster.

i doubt the tilt will ever be fully fixed,its just the nature of the beast
all of my mavics have this issue,ones much more noticeable and dji has had 2 years to fix,so instead of fixing they just go to a new model

Some tilt while turning is expected, the key is it recovers quickly.
Tuning a gimbal is always a trade-off between jitter and time response. Small gimbals are inherently jitter prone, so they will always tilt more than a larger industrial gimbal.

My video testing today pretty much looks exactly like what yours did in your video - so yeah, I agree with you, horizon tilt issue is much improved I think. The Evo purchase is likely going to work out nicely after all.
