New Lite Plus issue.

I just got a new Lite plus last week and I am having a record issue. No matter what video setting I pick it will only record to the SD in 720p. I am using a SanDisk Extreme
XC I U3 A2, which should be fast enough. If I record to the internal storage the files are in the correct size, 4k, 6k, whatever I set it to.
Also, all files when saved are just random file names and not in any order. Here is a file name example. 20EB921BF133C6F633E6010F097DEE001683231802.MP4


Any thoughts?

I am sure you have done this but make sure to format the card in the drone with the Sky App.

I have. I do have two cards and have formatted both in the sky app. One of the cards will not read when I put it in my computer, but the files show when in the drone. Very strange.

Do you stop the video before you shotdown the drone

Just remember that the 720p recording from the screen saves to the SD Card as well, there should be 2 files in the SD Card, check the other and it will have the high resolution videos.
