New firmware for 4T XE?

Anyone hear anything about a new firmware update for the thermal issues some are having on the XE? Customer service claims one is coming within this month. I have a few others that have contacted me about them having the same issue but others that theirs has been flawless. Hoping CS actually knows what they are talking about or again, they are just the puppets of the mainland and saying what they are told to say. I heard this on my former 4t with a connection issue and after a month, no new firmware, but a replacement with the less capable XE…. Which I finally unboxed and found out…. GREAT their latest refurb became another one of my headaches. Bravo Autel. You did it to me again.

The focal length of the thermal, 9.1mm vs 13 mm. In my use for thermal pet search and rescue, I like a more clear view from a distance to be able to spot the lost animal from 400 ft up. The 9.1 will will require me to be closer for the same view. As far as all the rest of the claims of the XE and what it is capable of…not buying it. I have learned already over the last few years how Autel works. All these great features to show and offer, but not available yet…coming in a firmware update “soon”. Just like this firmware update to repair this thermal camera shut down issue. They talk out of the side of their mouth while trying to gain market value and never living up to what they claim they have or will have for us in their products. But, again, I will back what the 4T was for me 100% when it was fully functional. The added stuff that came to the drone later in firmware updates I didnt really care about or use so it didnt really matter to me for my case use.
