Nano Plus refuses to shoot in 4K stuck in 720

My new nano plus will not shoot in 4K it seems to be stuck in the 720 has anybody had this issue ?

Do you have that problem while recording a video on the ground or in the air?

Because the drone has to be in the air for shooting videos in 4k.

I realize that now but now I am getting two recordings one in 4K and one and 720 every time I hit the record button. So now I am trying to get rid of the 720 ? Thank you for responding

I havnt shot much video... but last night I could not get it out of 720 regardless of what the settings said... how do people do it?
